I think if you just translate and put it up at KTLove I'm sure there will be someone who'd be glad to sub it. There may be even multiple versions of it :p. Because from my observation, a lot of our friends in tht community know how to sub, but the problem is, people who knows Japanese is rare in english-speaking fandom. So...please do *puppy eyes*
