Not directly, no, but he was an enemy when we were fighting Windy and I wouldn't be surprised if he was working for Blight as well.

He was working with Highland, not Blight specifically.

But at least you certainly know what he's capable of.

So I might have to see him again at some point in the future, if I ever leave this place. Not exactly something to look forward to.

He seems relatively impossible to defeat, if only because he keeps retreating whenever it looks like he's losing. He's incredibly powerful, too.
