Yeah Litong initially wanted to get a condo for the gym but I convinced him that with a resale HDB we could use the extra money and extra space for a treadmill. Now that we are set on Lakeside he's now saying maybe don't need treadmill can just go run in the Jurong Lake area or the smallish park we have just downstairs lol.
Older units are bigger yesh. We are looking to stay around 10-15 years at least so the double-storey maisonette means we can cater for 2-3 kids. Even 3 kids each with their own room when they are teenagers if we really want to stay there for that long. Part of the plan!
Happy sex makes for happy kids! I love that one. Shall tell the hubs. Lol.
Very good for giving the rundown on all kinds of weird things people tell you during pregnancy and backed with proper analysis of the risks etc! Now I know whether or not I can eat sushi during pregnancy (yes, but avoid fish with high mercury levels).
