Forever Love chapter 5
okay so i renamed the story again to forever love since im gonna write a sequel to it and i had a name for it... sorry bout the name change again... okay okay okay so here's chapter 5
Chapter 5 Mika~
Beep. Beep. Beep.
“Yume! The cheesecake is done in the oven!” Yamada called out distantly.
“Oven mitts are in the drawer. Take ‘em out and slam the strawberry cake in!” Yume yelled back from the top of the stairs.
She and I had mixed together the cheesecake as the 10 guys watched us with big gleaming eyes like kids in a candy shop. As the cheesecake had baked, we had entrusted the strawberry shortcake to Yamada so that we could clean the mess of Yume’s room and fit 12 people in there comfortably.
We had stuffed everything that was lying around into her huge closet and under her bed, and had set up blanket mats everywhere to sit on. Yume tossed some clothes out onto the bed so that she and I could change out of our uniforms. Since I came over and slept over so often, I had a bunch of clothes that were just hanging out in her closet for me to use when ever I came. I slipped into my oversized blue t-shirt and short white boxers, while Yume switched from a black school skirt and white shirt to her favorite pair of black and red pajama bottoms and a black t-shirt from America.
I grabbed her secret stash of sweets from her dresser as soon as I was done changing, heaved her nightstand over near her bed, and slammed the jar of food on top. Yume dragged out her ironing board across the room and next to the TV, cleared off the debris, and slapped some half full soda bottles and some paper cups. I chucked all the debris she had cleared into the closet with everything else that was just sitting around.
“Choose a movie. I don’t care which one ‘cause you know I like all of them,” Yume stated rather distractedly as she tried to get her ancient TV to work. She attempted to throw some DVD’s at me, but missed.
I flipped through her movies, trying to choose. Moon Child, Suicide Club, Kamikaze Girls, or Death Note. “Too many to choose from Yumeeeee!!!” I whined, “Let’s just have the guys choose.”
“KUSO!” Yume swore, giving her TV stand a violent kick, “It won’t fuckin’ turn on!”
“Yume, you might wanna try plugging it in first… It might help,” I said in a matter-of-factly type of voice.
“That might help.”
“Yeah, just a bit.”
She plugged it in and hooked up her latest-to-tech DVD player. After we finished cleaning up, we raced down the stairs and were surprised at what we saw.
Yabu and Chinen were decorating the cheesecake with some melted chocolate that we just bought; Keito and Ryutaro were mixing up a butter cream frosting while Inoo and Yuto were washing and cutting up some strawberries; Hikaru, Daiki and Takaki were licking the bowl from a chocolate cake mix, and Yamada was pulling out a fresh devil’s food cake from the oven to cool, and setting a cooled strawberry shortcake on the table.
“Dang Yama-chan… You’re good!” Yume complimented,” You got all this done while we were upstairs?”
“Hai Yumewa-chan! I usually bake all the time at home, so I know a lot of recipes,” Ryosuke explained cheerfully.
Yume handed the bowl of frosting that Ryutaro and Keito had made to me. The three of us were to decorate the strawberry shortcake while Yume went to make the chocolate glaze for the devil’s food cake.
Nearly half an hour later, the 12 of us trudged upstairs with the three cakes we had just made. After decorating the cakes, we had cleaned the kitchen, grabbed some paper plates and utensils, and then went upstairs to a newly cleaned room.
“Okay, so Yume and I can’t decide what to watch first. We’ve both seen all the movies so many times,” I informed everyone.
“Lemme see them… Suicide Club… Moon Child… Kamikaze Girls… Death Note…” Yabu read, attempting to read the English title, and epically failing.
“I don’t think we’ve watched Suicide Club yet,” Ryutaro commented.
“Yeah, let’s just watch Suicide Club,” Hikaru decided, “It’s better than no movie.”
“Suicide Club it is,” Yume grabbed the DVD and popped it into the DVD player.
* * * *
“Ryutaro, you idiot, that was a gory movie!” Chinen commented, “You just had to choose the bloodier movie!”
“Well we hadn’t seen this movie yet... Now I know why,” Ryutaro retorted, “At least Death Note wasn’t that bad!”
We were all strewn around Yume’s room, eating cake and drinking soda. I sat next to Yume on her bed, eating some of the devil’s food cake. Ryosuke sat on the other side of me, munching on the strawberry shortcake. Yume was trying to keep away her cheesecake from Yabu, who was too lazy to get some himself. Chinen had perched himself on Takaki’s lap who was on the bench at the end of Yume’s bed. Hikaru was lying on the ground with his feet up on the bench and was watching the movie upside down. Daiki was lying on his stomach with his head resting on his hands and his feet tucked under the bed. Ryutaro and Keito were sitting crossed legged in front of the TV like children, and Inoo and Yuto were lying on their sides, heads propped up on their hands. I have no idea how we managed to fit all of us in the room comfortably.
We had finished watching Suicide Club, and had watched Death Note after, and were now discussing the movie.
Knock, knock. Everyone turned to the door.
“Yes?” Yume called, jumping off the bed and hopping over everyone to get to the door.
“Is Mika-chan over, Yumewa?” a female voice rang out.
“Hai, okaa-san! I have other friends over, too. We were just watching movies” Yume answered as she opened her door.
“Oh my, so many people! I don’t think I made enough food for dinner!” Yume’s mom said.
“It’s okay, Mom. We had some food and drinks already,” Yume said.
“Oh okay, well, if any of you get hungry, just let me or Yume know okay?” she said sweetly, “It’s getting late, by the way kids. If you want to stay later, than just have everyone call their parents and ask. If you want, then they can stay the night.”
“Late?” we all said at the same time, looking at the clock.
9:30 blared across the digital panel.
A/N: there's that part... five parts down and i think several more to go... i'm still writing and typing it up, hopefully i should get this story done and start the sequel The End of Forever. i should finish this one by sunday so yeah just wait and wait til then...... credit to
