Weekend Update
Mmm. Just back from dinner, linguine with clams. So good. Carl is
almost 18. My my, we're all getting so old. Got to get all dressed up
again for dinner tonight, twice in one weekend is good for me. I'm not
going to lie, I love food, and I love food even more when I'm wearing
nice shoes. Palisade for Thanksgiving was grand, lots of prawns and
crab. Mmm. Crab. We took our apple turkeys to dinner with us, there are
pictures. We stayed the night in Bellevue, and did some shopping on Friday.
Saw the new Potter movie on Wednesday. Saw Mr. Taylor approximately 5 times. His wife makes him sit in the back seat. That amuses me.
Went to dinner with Carl and his family tonight, in celebration of his almost being 18. Again, linguine with clams, still delicious. What a fun family. So many clams.
Kathleen called me while I was on the ferry headed towards Seattle. "So, I'm online, and I'm wondering if Friday or Saturday would be a better day for me to arrive in Jan." Um, FRIDAY, because she'll be here longer of course. She has flight information, and a ticket, and I'm VERY excited. Maybe we'll know groups by then. Maybe it doesn't even matter because Kathleen is coming to visit. Gah.
