[Emil's been out and around pretty much nonstop recently, trying to stay busy in an attempt to keep the panic at bay. If he has something to focus on, maybe the fear and worry won't be as bad... but then the sky goes dark, the sun covered by a black shadow, and panic seizes him again.

Once it passes, he sprints towards his house as fast as he can, intent on getting indoors before something horrible happens-- but when he spots that familiar white form lying in the street, it looks like something horrible already has.]

[That name makes her lift her head a bit, only to let it fall to the ground again and try to wag her tail pathetically. Hey, Wimpy... You should find some place safe before you wimp out.]

[Unlike the wolf, however, Miyabi has every intention to get help. And seeing the young boy they helped only a few days ago was a treat. She doesn't go too far from Ammy's side, but hops towards Emil slowly.]

[He's already dropping to his knees beside her and running his fingers through her fur to look for any wounds or signs of blood.]

Snowba--oh. Her name is actually Amaterasu, sir. [Ah, no time for small talk! Miyabi bounces up and down in front of Emil.] Ah, b-but! Uhm, she's not hurt...exactly. It's just the sun. With the sun gone from the sky, she loses her strength. I-I--could I possibly ask you to take her somewhere safer to rest? Please?

Ama-what? [He shakes his head for a moment, realizing that isn't important now.] Take her somewhere to rest? [He looks down at the wolf and ponders this.] I can try, but I'm not sure I can move her all by myself. She probably weighs almost as much as I do, and...

[She was about to answer Emil, but his last statements cut her off before she can. Miyabi looks at Ammy and huffs a little.] If you didn't eat so much, maybe you wouldn't weigh that much. Ah, I-I mean--! Even if you try, good sir, I'd be very thankful. Just to get her out of the street at the very least...

[He walks around her a bit, trying to figure out the best way to go about this.]

[He slides his hands underneath her and tries to lift her up. Nope, that's not gonna work. Okay, then he'll have to drag her.]

I'm really sorry about this, Sno-- um, sorry.

[He'll manage to lever her front half up enough for him to start dragging her slowly out of the street and over to the grass. It's slow going, and he has to stop and rest every few moments, but eventually he gets her there.]

[Ammy gives an annoyed huff at Miya because, no matter how tired she is, she must be indignant over her eating habit! It's not her fault she never gets full! Jeez!

And the way Emil carries her is just... yeah. She lets out a long sigh, but man, she's too tired to do anything else... She might even be getting heavier thanks to her slowly dozing off.]

[Don't you get huffy at me, missy, you know it's the truth! You're lucky Miyabi hasn't put you on a diet. And you're also getting ignored for a second.

Eh, it's not the best method and Miyabi knows this, but it's enough to just get her out of the street. She's thankful for any kind of help, since her small size makes it hard for the poncle to do much of anything.]

[Once Ammy is safely on the grass, Emil plops down, breathing hard. It's a moment before he regains enough breath to speak.]

I-it's okay, I'm just glad I could help Sno-- um, Amaterasu. She always stops by to check on me, so... it was the least I could do.

[Now he looks over at Ammy, looking very very pathetic lying there. It's clear that he's worried, he just doesn't know what to do.]

... is she going to be all right?

[Miyabi smiles at Emil's first words. Oh, that does sound like Ammy, all right! She sticks her nose into everyone's business, though thankfully with good intent.]

Mm, well...if the sun comes back, I think she'll be okay, and I'll do my best to make people pray for her this one time, but... [If the sun truly does vanish, Ammy will go along with it.]

[Miyabi looks down at the wolf, checking on her to make sure she was all right, before beginning her explanation.]

Me and Amaterasu come from the same homeland - Nippon. You may see just a white wolf, sir, but she actually looks a bit different to those who know who she really is, and believe in her. Back home, she's the reincarnation of the benevolent Sun Goddess. That's how she was able to fix your house before.
