[The journal flicks open from a particularly strong gust of wind, pages fluttering and catching the soft sounds of rustling leaves, the twittering of birds, and an all around happy forest. The small camera, peeking through the leaves of a high tree, shows the clouds rolling by overhead. White puffy clouds, how cute

If you change your mind on the whole suicide thing, you could always come drown your sorrows with me at the bar.

If they have sake, I want something strong.
[She doesn't even care if she'll most likely choke on it at first. This was a time for strong alcohol.]

[And she'll wait for a reponse before closing her journal and looking around for an animal to carry her to the bar. She doesn't have any feedbags, so that might be a little tricky. Huh...hopefully they's accept an IOU.
Needless to say, the Ponclet arrives at the bat about twenty or so minutes later. Well, a fox actually slinks in with a passenger clinging to its shaggy fur. Said fox shimmies its way up to Nami, picks up the poncle in its mouth, and dumps her on the table before trotting back out.]
Nyeh, just because I didn't have food! Bah, that's the last time I ask a fox for help! Mangy, greedy...[Grumblegrumble. Brb, shaking out our clothes of animal spit. Ugh, we did not miss that at all.]

A guy called Jin. He's more a threat to a friend of mine, but as I don't take kindly to my friends being attacked ... I get in his way a little too much.

...I've not heard of him, but I'll keep an eye out. You, too, Nami-oneechan. Even though I'd probably do the same thing if anyone was threatening my friends.
[She takes another sip of her drink, a longer, but slower one. Hm, this stuff wasn't so bad once you get used to it. She really had to wonder why Ishaku wouldn't let her have any. Also that hiccup you heard wasn't really there.]

Have you caught up with Sanji-kun?

Mm, yes. I spoke to him briefly today. I'm really glad we could talk...and that I could apologize to him. I was pretty mean to him during that curse. I'm relieved he isn't upset with me.

...I'm so sorry. You didn't get hurt by those crows, did you? I-I didn't mean for them to attack you, Nami. I-I'm very sorry, it was a horrible thing for me to do.
