[After hearing about Vash's death - Miyabi slammed her journal shut and threw it as far and hard as she could before she actually heard him die - the little Poncle tried her hardest to take her mind of things. [Ouch. Yeah...Miyab kind of hates this place a lot now. And she's going to go very quiet, but shake, hold herself, and bite her lip to stop from sobbing again. It's hard, especially since her tears falling onto the journal are a telltale sign she's crying all over again. When she speaks again, it's obvious her voice is strained and she's trying desperately to keep it even.]

I-I...Th-Thank you for t-t-telling me, Br-Brook. I--Vash is...He's--

[She doesn't know what to say. The pain of losing someone so kind and and part of her "family" is unbearable.]

[Oh no. Grief is so very contagious, and hearing Miyabi cry is apt to bring out his own tears again. When he talks, his voice probably sounds a little rougher, as if he's trying to talk around a lump in his throat when that should be impossible]

Please don't cry, Miyabi-san. I promise you! I promise you that it will be all right! Death doesn't last long at all here, it seems, and Vash-san will be back with us before too much longer!

[Miyabi sniffles and tries hard not to let her sobs be heard by her friend. They're as quiet as she can make them, biting her bottom lips and squeezing her eyes shut. She doesn't want him to worry about her, or to have anyone burdened with her pain as well as their own. It wasn't right of her to do that.]

I-I'm sorry, B-B-Brook. [She wipes at her face, speaking is a jagged, teary voice.] Wh-What do y-you mean...? I-I...Vash is--He c-can't...

I am told that death is not permanent in this world. It seems that those who die are revived after a week or so, and are then returned!

So there is no reason for us to mourn just yet. Vash-san will be back - I'm sure of it!

As much as she wants to see Vash again, it was hard to believe the people and powers here could disrespect death in such a a way. Death was something no one could control, not even the Gods.] Th-This is...it's not right. To toy with lives like this; and ruin the balance of life and death. It's--

[she sighs, and holds her throbbing head. Ow. Even so, she will be happy to see Vash again, definitely.]

Mm, I want Vash to come back...I hope he will be all right.

It is very cruel. But one should always appreciate a second chance, neh? Vash-san will be back, and I'm sure he will be fine.

[Miyabi kind of understood your death, though, Brook. It's not uncommon for wayward spirits to return to the world of the living. Plus, you said something about the Devil Fruit making it so you could return. Miyabi doesn't understand completely, but she accepted that. Plus, she just thought this Devil Fruit thing had some kind of evil power, and could do things like that. She's simple, deal with it. This, though, a living human body being returned by mortal means...it felt wrong to her. But she would take it as a second chance, yes, and smile when her friend returned.]

Mm, you're right. I don't...I don't understand it very well, but you're right. Vash is just--he's getting a second chance. Yes. I-I...I miss him. I want him to come home! [She's going to pray that he'll be all right, every day.]
