Hm? Oh! Raven. Hehe, it's fine...I've grown up where it's really, really cold, so this doesn't bother me too much. But I was looking for you! [She tells the young buck to stop, which it does, and rummages through the sack she tied securely to its back, heaving out a wrapped package for Raven.] Here, I got you a present!

[My hobbies are perfectly normal for a man of my age. He takes the package from Miyabi, looking at it with curiosity.]

You were lookin' fer me, ta give me a present? Ah Miyabi hun, ya really shouldn't spoil this old man! Let me guess, somethin' ta do with this Christmas thing?

Yes, this is my second one here, and I didn't get to make anything last year for anyone. [Which she felt really bad about, considering people got her gifts.]

Second Christmas, huh? Ya've been here fer a while then... [He looks back towards the present, shaking it, wonder what's inside?]

Yeah, a little more than a year now, I think... I first came here last winter. [A full year away from home, from friends and those she considered her family. Aah, but now wasn't the time for homesickness! The present makes a soft rustling sound inside and Miyabi hops up once on the deer's head.]

[He opens the present carefully, not sure what to do with the paper but hey he has pockets. Once it's opened, his face lights up for a moment.]

Is that a scarf?! [He rubs it against his cheek, snuggling up to it.] Ooh! It's so warm and soft! Ah, the brisk winter cold will never defeat me with this on! How'd ya know I hate winter?

It definitely wasn't what I'm used to... But I did get to meet all of the friends I have now, so I'm very thankful for that.

[Again, she brightens - literally! Her aura glows a white-gold and she claps her hands together happily.] Hehehe, I remembered you didn't like it from the last time I met you here. I'm so lad you like it!

No, you don't have to get me anything! I'm just glad you like the scarf as much as you do. To be honest, I don't really know much about Christmas other than to give gifts to the people you care about.
