XD Not that it's related to the fandom, just thought, y'know, fans should help other fans beyond the fandom. She's Hikaru, I'm Inoo, so we're HikaNoo. But lately I'm becoming more Kame-centric. >3<

They count votes by taking down how many FB accounts vote. So even if one person (one IP address) has ten accounts, it'll count as ten votes. I've already voted using my three accounts.
She still has a long way to go, but I'll be optimistic and hope for the best and everything~♥
