Anyone know what this is?

This weekend I noticed this brown spot on Daisy. I called the vet but they only have a wed morning appointment since everyones coming in for heartworm stuff. I keep googling and theres just too much to read.
Shes still eating and playing perfectly.... has anyones dog ever had something like this?

It just looks like a little scrape, to me. If you're worried make an appointment for the next available time, but I wouldn't be too concerned.
