How long should a "time-out" in fenced kennel indoor space be?
(not her safe sleep crate, but the outer gated enclosure about 7 square feet)
Bella is 6 months old and has taken to dragging and chewing her indoor pottie pads, as outdoor housebreaking has been met with about 85% success. I didn't want to go the the pad place, but when it's cold outside and I am working (photography) after my real job, or recreating on-line, I don't always tune in to each and every pediddle or poo.
I used to work in mental health group homes and did time-outs with MR humans, but wondering about canine attention spans for reinforcement/punishment for undesirable behaviors. help please?
