Daisys sick :(

I dont know whats wrong with her but Daisys sick. She was fine on Tuesday and when we got home we were watching tv and she barfed. I didnt think anything of it cause she sometimes barfs when she gets herself excited after eatting too quickly.
During the Tues night to Wed morning, she threw up about 30 times... which is NOT normal. I was up with her all night and at 7 I called the vet and by this time she was throwing up bile.. and she would get scared thinking she was in trouble and would hide in her bed in the living room instead of coming to my room. I brought her into the vet Wed morning and told them to watch her during the day and check in on her and treat her with anything they needed to do. I didnt know what was wrong so I thought it was better to have them monitor her then to bring her to and from work with me..
I got her last night and they said that she seemed fine and that they gave her a shot to help her stop barfing and that she held a little food down. So we took her home.
She was ok, but timid, all yesterday and slept with me in my bed all night.

This morning she was timid and scared and not herself. She didnt want to go outside at all. And didnt use the bathroom through the night, which usually she does. But this afternoon she took a green liquid poop. At work I noticed she is still shaking and scared and hiding in the warehouse or any place she can sneak to. She also threw up 3 more times. I called the vet again and was like 'listen, something IS wrong with her and you guys need to check her again.' so we made an appointment and Im stuck at work so my sisters taken her and should be there within the next 20 mins. Im waiting for the vet to fax me paperwork at work so that I can sign it and fax it back allowing them to take a blood test. I told my sister NOT TO LEAVE WITHOUT A BLOODTEST. SOMETHING is wrong and I would like to know what. :(

Anyone know what could be wrong?

update My sister just left and said the dr perscribed Subcrate Plus for her to help keep her food down and also drew blood. She will call me tomorrow morning with the results after she runs a bunch of tests on it. She seems to think Daisys got a infection of some kind so we will know exactly what it is tomorrow. $240.00 later, Shes hopefully on her way to being ok...

diarrhea, behavior changes, vet visits, vomiting
