Awww, poor baby! Plus county fair
Owen had his 6 month shots today, he was really upset this time....he seemed to know it was coming. He is just going to howl when ever we get to the pediatricians as he gets older: he'll get at least one at every well check-up until he is 5! He has also gotten a very large cafe au lait spot on his thigh (a big pale brown birth amrk that is getting darker) so I need to watch it for changes. I have a few cafe au lait spots too, but his is already larger than any of mine; though at least it is a bit smaller than the red tree shaped one on my tummy.
He is napping off the shots right now....and the dog is yapping.
The Washington County Fair is next weekend and yet again I am setting up the land products....at least it is in the building this year so I can leave earlier in the evening. Next year I am 100% not going to do this again, I might help out a day or two but I don't want to have to chase Owen around all weekend and watch over the department.
They where doing some of the other departments judging today, I saw I won judges choice on a few things (higher prize than 1st place; it is first place in a catagory than 1st again out of a larger catagory) Yey me....it was all baby clothes Owen has pretty much already outgrown that I had sewn earlier this summer. I also entered a couple stuffed toys but didnt see those, so I'll have to look closer another day.
I also entered 8 photos but the judging for those had'nt started yet.
Annnnnd if any of you grow fruits, veggies, herbs,eggs or even hay you should come enter some tommorrow because that is when I take in enteries for land products.
