Hello family! I still can't find the scrubbies, so when I go to the grocery store this week I might just pick up one. I'm not sure if you check the weather around here, but after you left it got really cold and snowed again. We had one of the coldest days in April, which is really weird because we had one of the hottest days in March. Its warming up a little, but its still below freezing at night, and the highs are around the low 40s. It's predicted to snow again early this week. The snow isn't staying on the ground at all, but I'd LIKE it if it warmed up a bit.
When I came home today I found a dead mouse in the hallway, and all the traps are empty. It seems that our cats are better at it than anything else. All the animals are doing fine. I give the cats that special food once and a while, and let the bird out when I can. Maxine hasn't thrown up at all since you've been gone. Oh yeah, I went to Target the other day to pick up pills, and I bought the cats a new brush; they LOVE it.
I've been going to Bob's, but I'm still at home most of the time. The other night I made us some almond milk drink I got from an indian cookbook. I'm planning on going to the grocery store to get some supplies soon. I'm going to make Bombay Aloo (a potato starting dish), stuffed peppers, and mango lassi (to use up the yogurt). All of those are indian dishes, so we'll see how that all goes.
