Frills on Skates Reminder and Update!
Just a reminder that Frills on Skates is coming up this Saturday, November 26th. The majority of us voted for the earlier time, Noon - 3:00 P.M.
We do not have to skate for the full three hours if we do not want to. Afterward, if there are enough cars to fit us, we can go out for tea and/or an early dinner in the neighboring town, Glen Ellyn. If you do not already have my contact info, message me on Facebook or email me.
Please bring cash. Lombard Roller Rink does not accept debit/credit. There is an ATM there, but I don't know what the fees are like or how reliable it is. Additionally, if you have your own skates, feel free to bring them! I will be bringing mine~ n___n
Please note: You may fall. Someone may fall on you. There is a potential that your clothes will get dirty or damaged. More importantly, you could get hurt. If you are not confident in your skating ability, bring safety gear. Even if you are confident and are still concerned, bring safety gear. It is not necessary to wear safety gear if you do not want to, but neither I nor the rink are liable for injuries sustained while being frilly on skates. ;)
