ACen...a little early but it's on the website!- Requested panel
Hello all! It was pointed out to me that there was a panel request for a Lolita Finishing Touches "workshop" here: http://www.acen.org/content/panelist-policy (kinda towards the bottom). The panel would be about hair, nails, make-up, accessories and anything else that gives a lolita outfit an extra special touch.
I think this would be a great panel to have at ACen but finishing up school next semester I don't think I would have time to put together a panel... especially since I only feel knowledgeable about make-up, some hair, and some nails! I wouldn't mind being a helper though if someone wanted to be a head panelist.
