I tried looking up that address on http://www.metrarail.com/ and didn't find a station there. It said the closest stations were a few miles away along the Electric District line or the BNSF Railway. What train were you expecting to get off of at that address?
I was taking a closer look at the maps, and that is not a station--that's a non-passenger rail yard.
You will need to get off your train at either Ogilvie Transportation Center or Union Station, and get onto the red line L heading toward 95th/Dan Ryan (South) and get off at the Cermak-Chinatown stop.
