With March now on us and two months into my workout routine i've made some tremendous gains, now i need more to strive for. So after talking to people i'm really interested in participating in some triathlons this year. I need to work on my running, mostly. Swimming and biking are natural to me. Running is not. I also need some new equipment, namely a 1200 dollar toy.
Like This Bike. But anyone that knows me i love my toys and i'll get em if i want em. Like boys! :)
So i'm making sure i eat out less, taking time off from going to the bar, more time working out at the gym, and getting into the groove with swimming with the Smelts, Running when i can and biking at LTF.
