Hello kids, not dead yet :)
Still in London, in a house in Golders Green, pretty sweet. It is, unsuprisingly, cold. I've been out to Hampstead Heath, which was pretty cool, and I intend to go to Highgate Cemetary, but it keeps on raining.
Went and saw Hadouken play in camden town on wednesday night - my hopeless mate Rob rang up and I went to see these guys I'd never heard of - they were alright, but he neglected to mention that it was a 14+ gig. Little kids everywhere, and it finished at like 11. Also I'm having fun trying to learn slang from Rob. Street amusing anecdote: So I saw a cyclist riding around with a face-mask thing on, like those masks people wore during the SARS scare, only it was black and clearly not temporary, but something serious. Makes sense, yeah, in a city like London - lots of smog, and riding around the busy roads breathing all that in can't be good for you. Wear a breathing mask, don't risk getting sick or anything. Except. Except, this guy wasn't wearing a helmet... I don't know about you, but if I were riding around London and I were concerned about my health, the first step I'd take wouldn't be to buy some flashy breathing mask. Maybe that's just me.
