A question.
I have a question for all you graphics people out there. Are there any good graphics programs out there for under $100 US dollars? I have a friend who is wanting to get into icon making and is wondering what program to use and I really don't know what to tell her. I use PaintShopPro9, and I've had it for 4-5(?) years so I don't know what the current (affordable) standard is in icon world.
Also do you know anything about Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 Ultimate? She found it on Amazon.com for $44.99 but I know nothing about it, and don't know if it would be what she is looking for or not.
