this year had been pretty craptastic for me already, but in the last month or so it has taken a turn for the worse--a combination of seriously bad things and ultimately-inconsequential-but-still-pretty-freakin'-depressing things.  i just don't have the heart to journal or do much of anything these days.  all i do is sit here and listen to music and

First things first.
Look at it this way : at least you're not in Baytown. It could ALWAYS be worse.

There's not too much I can really add, though - if you need anything, I think that you've got a minor army of folk here who're willing to help.

And (just to be the gloomy pollyanna), eventually you DO come out the other side and the load on your shoulders does lighten - things will get better.
