Quads!

I started out today trying to work out getting the mouth right on my model but then I quickly realized that I had way too many stray vertices all over the place, so after looking up a few tutorials I found a better way of going about my modeling.
Basically I started out with a poorly modeled head and then started adding vertices all over the place, now I know that I need to plan where I put the lines better and try to make sure that all the polygons have 4 sides (the mesh smoother can handle those better). This means that I have go back and either even out the polygons or completely reconstruct really messed up sections (like the forehead).
