Kyuhyun rubs the sleep off of his eyes as he stretches and yawns. It’s been an unbelievable adventure when he travelled to the Olympus to battle it out with Hera herself. He took the necklace his mother had given him as his protection and smiled innocently.
“I can’t believe I’m a demigod..”
His chain of thoughts was cut short when sizzling pans and boiling water from the kitchen distracted him. He got up from the couch where he slept last night and went to the kitchen to take a look, he smiled as the girl dressed in pink, complete with a pink apron, attends to the pots and pans on the stove.
“oh.. Kyu.. had a great sleep?”
Minnie smiled at him, sweet, gentle and sincere, Kyuhyun approached the girl and wrap his arms around her waist and kissed her cheeks.
“been dreaming of you Minnie..”
Kyuhyun muttered and Minnie blushed hard and smiled.
“silly Kyu..”
“oh so You little snarky Kyu, making a move on my daughter without even asking me for permission.”
Kyuhyun let go and made a step back away from Minnie as Heechul walks towards the daughter with an evil grin one would think Kyuhyun is her son.
“how is my Minnie dear.. had a good night sleep?”
Minnie nodded and tries to hide her flushed cheeks.
“hmm.. what are you making for breakfast dear?”
“ah.. omelet…”
Minnie replied and Heechul smiled and took the open faced omelet with Mushroom and goat cheese.
“Han Mama must taught you well..”
Heechul gave a wink and stepped out of the kitchen and called for Hangeng who sleepily rubs his eyes and sat on the chair. Heechul places the omelet on the table and she sat on Hangeng’s lap which surprised the Chinese man.
“chullie dear.. we’re not teens anymore..”
“I don’t care.. for 21 years we hadn’t had the chance to be this sweet and close..”
Heechul muttered, pouting like a six year old which Hangeng can’t tolerate at all. He sighed and kissed the wife on the lips, Minnie and Kyu looked at each other, then looked away quickly: will they be as cheesy as these two lovebirds?
“just let it go dear, they haven’t had the chance of doing things like that for a long time.”
Leeteuk entered the kitchen and grabbed the other plate of omelet, the one with shrimp and oysters. She then walked to the table and set it in front of Kangin who pulled the wife into a kiss before letting her seat next to him. Kangin opened his mouth and Leeteuk giggled as she grabs the fork and fed him.
“well I guess they really missed each other..”
Kyuhyun muttered, he didn’t know what to feel: will he be disgusted or happy or sad or whatever.
“I guess so.. well at least it’s all good now, do you think we… I mean.. forget it.”
Minnie was embarrassed at what she was thinking.
“C’mon Minnie let’s just eat, though you have to endure all the cheesiness and stuff..”
Kyuhyun muttered as he helps Minnie clean the kitchen before they eat breakfast.
“Well I wished for this to happen, so I might as well endure it”
Minnie muttered then smiled at Kyuhyun.
“well shall we eat then?”
Minnie nodded and they both carried a plate of omelet and sat side by side, having a safe distance from their parents. The four looked at them and a light bulb on Heechul and Leeteuk’s head lit up.
“I want to go to JeJu Island this summer”
Leeteuk muttered and Heechul smiled brightly.
“yeah then we could go and visit Hanmama in China.. I miss her..”
“Chullie, how can you miss my mom?”
“Ah.. coz we often chat a lot.. I never really told you bout that Hannie but me and your mom is really close. She shares a lot of anecdotes of how you would secretly cry and call my name at night..”
Heechul was full of surprises don’t you think? Hangeng blushed and covered HEechul mouth to stop the wife.
“I get it.. ok.. I missed you so badly I have to cry to let go of the pain or else I’ll have a heart attack~~ but how come I didn’t know this detail, Minnie..”
Hangeng looked at the daughter and Minnie shook her head.
“ahh… so that’s why omma is MIA when I search for her in Olympus.. I thought she was having tea with the nymphs of styx, but she’s just in China to have Oolong tea with HanAhma”
HAngeng sighs and Heechul kisses the frustration out of Hangeng.
“sorry if I made your life unbearable dear”
“fine.. I’ll let it go because I love you so..”
Before a whole colony of ants gather around them, Kyuhyun coughs loudly.
“so that does mean.. we’re going with you?”
“of course not! It’s our honeymoon!!”
Both kyuhyun and minnie’s mouth agape.
“don’t worry dear.. we’re sending you both to summer camp!”
Leeteuk blurted out.
“summer… camp?”
Kyuhyun and Minnie said in unison.
“we have to somehow train you to use your powers.”
Leeteuk muttered.
“but I already know how to use it omma..”
Minnie muttered.
“no dear.. what you learned in Olympus is not even close to what you’ll learn in camp.. and you’ll meet other demigods like yourself. Isn’t it exciting!”
Heechul said and the deal was sealed: they are off to camp..
“Tomorrow?”
