Weird fun fact of the day!
Step 1.) Play Sonic 1, any port or version is fine, even on emulators.
Step 2.) Go to Labyrinth Zone Act 1 or 2. Use the Level Select cheat to get there quicker if you want.
Step 3.) Go to the signpost at the end of either act and run past it but hold down (and keep holding down) to roll as you do so. Time this so you roll after you spin the signpost.
Step 4.)
Instant game crash! There's no explanation for it at this time, but it probably has to do with scrolling, level limits, and the water below.
It won't always crash and seems to be random. Try tapping down after you roll off the screen to get it to crash easier.
Oh and the red numbers on the bottom left are from my emulator: it's the current frame rate. Not a part of this crash.
