Finally some good news. :)
So... Sunday was Father's Day... Nick and I gathered up my mom and dad and took them to dinner. Aunt Penny and Jodie's baby daddy came along 'cause, hey... it's Golden Corral and we're white trash :)
So, I let everyone eat a little and waited for everyone to be sitting down and handed my dad his card. (it was very cute, said something about the neighbors calling 911 when he barbe-ques and had a siren sound when you open the card)
Then I put a card and little gift box in front of my husband and said happy father's day. The card read "boy, have I got a surprise for you"
Inside the gift box was a pregnancy test with a plus sign.
I completely blindsided him, it was great. He went into total shock, but he's thrilled. He kept me up last night naming the baby :) I'm surprisingly thrilled, myself. I thought I'd be scared, angry, or depressed... but I'm very happy.
