good news!
sorry for not updating in awhile butttt-
i got a JOB!! =D
thanks to amelia! hehe.
im working in Weston at Camp Aspetuck as a counselor! this camp experience is kinda new to me, to tell you the truth. i went to camp compo when i was little..but that's about it. im looking forward to it though, b/c i looove kids =D ! amelia (ladybug) is coming back to camp as of tomorrow, whichh should be awesome. i hope i get a good co-counselor! =D
i know two other people so far, to tell ya the truth...wellll three. one is my old TV productions teacher's daughter, who just graduated high school. she's really nice =D and amelia's friend amanda (Mouse) . the other kid... i recognized after i saw his name on the sheet...and i found out he goes to quinnipiac..and his brother that works there as well goes to QU too...?! i have yet to meet them officially....but it should be interesting. ;)
we came up with my camp name today- i'm Scoop. im psyched. if you can figure out why my camp name is scoop ill give you a cookie! (..figure of speech.)
anyways- i had sooo much fun yesterday(monday) i went up to wolcott to see my TWINNNNN kaitlyn! she works at Lake Compounce, so we went there for the day...t'was amazingg. we hit up the water park for most of the day..it drizzled on and off..but eventually the sun came out.
many things happened to us that day...and i kinda feel like they were fate. lets just say the one of the rides..was not so hot. no , dont worry, no one got sick or hurt or anything. :) if you want an explanation...well im not gonna say it on here though :-\ ...but the good part about it? i sort of had a knight in shining armor come...an 'assistant coach' (assistant manager) ..and he was really cute and sooo freakin friendly...and i was soo mad that when he was supposed to meet us out front later i was in the bathroom when he came! :\ anyway- HOT GUY IN LAKE COMPOUNCE... WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!!! hahahahah. i hope kaitlyn finds out since she sees him everyday! =D wellll after that fiasco, we went out to mickey d's to get some grub.... which happened to be right next to ESPN headquarters.. if you check out my pics on FB...youll see all the satellites! hahaha. anyway- didnt get tooo much b/c i thought we were gonna eat at LC for the team member party (kait brought me as her guest!)
...the team member party!? AMAZING. seriously. we went in, me scoping around for hot LC asst. coach..haha. didnt find him :-\ oh well. but i got to meet all of kaitlyn's friends, which was amazing. they're all sooo friendly! =D . we went on BOULDER DASH-- IN THE DARK!! omg it was reallyyyy cool- but at the same time kait & i got one of the not-so-great cars and we like whacked each other in the head hahaha. it was all good though :) . while kait went on down time ( a parachue fall sorta thingie) i went and got fries w/her friends..hehe. SO MANY HOT TEAM MEMBERS AT L.C. OMG... woah. haha. but then we went on the ferris wheel, and hung out... had soo much free soda that night btw...lol which was good for the ride back home ( 1 hour) . i left about 11:30ish...almost getting lost on back roads in wolcott in the dark which would have been scary.... :-P.
