Not only is Prison Break back (hello, gorgeous people), it's also two hours of it (YUM)!
Thanks a lot for not making the reunion between Michael and Sara into something completely idiotic. And can I just take a second here to say that I totally called it a year ago? Cause I totally did. I loved the plain and easy way of it. Sara looks like shit. Like she’s been through a lot in the last month (and, looking at her back, she definitely did.). Wow, I hope it’s make-up and acting, and I’m not talking about the scars on her back now, but the look of her, more skinny and tired. And just. Bad.
Lincoln is definitely more aggressive this year. And I have to say that I love it! And the way he just stepped up to Mahone and said, hey, when this is done, I’m going to kick your ass. The air was just crackling between them, so much tension. It’s hard not to notice. And Mahone is completely invested in this, slapping on the ankle brace with an air of let’s get this started already.
Scooter reminds me a lot of Mahone. All tough and determined, uncaring about the number of dead bodies he has to step over in order to get to his goal. And he, too, will fold like a cheap suit and join Michael/Lincoln in the end - I’m calling it, right this minute!
T-Bag actually showing remorse after accidentally killing the dude. Wow, that was something else. “Had some bad Mexican,” almost defused the scene, but not completely, at least not for me. That was so out of character that I question his state of mind, or the writers’.
Michael Scofield is, indeed, the ultimate martyr. I understand the reason to remove the tattoo (for one, I don’t think the writers ever dreamed of taking this show for this long), but for the love of all that is holy, why did you have to do it without sedatives? That doesn’t make any sense. Also? How sensitive is your skin under all those layers of cotton? I hope he heals soon, so that he and Sara can compare scars and then have hot sex. Because, as far as I can remember, they still haven’t done it. I don’t know if I had the power in me, to be honest. GOD.
Of course there are six cards. Of course. This is the fourth season of Prison Break. I’ve learned over the years.
And I'm taking the liberty to ignore the nosebleed 100%. Because out of which ass did they drag that idea from, and when will it pop up again to thicken the plot? That show is rough enough on my heart and nerves, I don't have to be worried about their health on top of everything else. Well, you know, not any more than the usual. You get the point. If Michael has to die, then it will happen with a bullet to his head and not because his cancer treatment didn't work. What a foul idea, Paul.
