Thanks to the Yarn Harlot, I have discovered Flight of the Hamsters.  My husband discovered Flight of the Hamsters when he came back to find out why I was cracking up, tears streaming down my face.  Is it the fact that the hamsters have flight goggles?  The way the pillow smacks the launcher when you miss?  Wagner's Flight of the Valkyrie playing ( Read more... )

Oh forgot to add, I need an answer to the purse question. Did you want it 2" shorter or 2" less deep. It is ~14" high and ~4" deep right now. Just want to make sure before I cut. And I wanted to confirm you wanted this fabric as it isn't the Nigella fabric and I know you liked that. It was the 1st design fabric.

Another question, what fabrics for soakers do you like besides the microfiber cloths?

Thanks!

No problem, just wanted to confirm before cutting the fabric :). I will do 24" strap as that is what I have and it works very well :).

Thanks for the info on the soakers. Yeah, Iw ill just have to try a few things. A lot of people like the microfiber cloth and since Alex is a soaker, that would probably work well for him :).

(waves HI!) Yes, of course I "know" you, through Erin. Plus, Chelsea is a longtime WC bud from the charting days, and, unfortunately, kimthebride, though not an LJ friend, helped me through my last bout of hyperemesis, which resulted in our little Katie (who was *almost* named Molly!). Yep, we should know each other! =)

Oh, crap! I forgot Erin mentioned you had hyperemesis. So glad you survived in one piece. My friend andreamms is struggling with her second round of it as we speak.
I like "Katie". Another good Irish-sounding name. We take Molly to the local Irish pub and she fits right in!
