I should be studying [and doing a million other things as well] but I was looking through my notes and came upon the notes I had on Henry Darger.
I managed to find a site dedicated to Outsider Art. It is a really good site. This stuff is so much better than any Magritte or Courbet or Morisot or Dali. So much respect for people who work in this field because they are trying to offer the world something different and something beautiful without the...ego, I suppose. They are not painting and making art in the conventional way and I have nothing but respect and admiration for that.
