Why is It
That I loathe Reuben sandwiches, but when I took a chance on a "Reuben soup" special, I loved it? Corned beef, sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese, with toasted marbled rye bread on the side. I wasn't expecting the soup to be my sandwich. Nope. Not at all.
