(no subject)
First thing this morning I had a battle with Andrew over the shower. Funny how no matter how old we get, we still fight and yell at each other through the bathroom door. That's what big brothers are for I suppose.
According to the discussion in my Psychology class, we'll be getting into Abnormal Psychology, which makes me excited because it's all about personality disorders. I finally remembered to ask her about my "disorder" and she told me I have a form of animism. Basically, animists are most often from tribal groups who believe everything has a soul - but the form of it that I have is that I (honestly) believe that everything I own has feelings...For example, when I go change my sheets, I don't want to put new ones on because I feel that the other ones might have hurt feelings. I've been like this as long as I can remember, but it really bothers me. I know it sounds crazy, but it drives me nuts. And ontop of my animism I am beyond indecisive, so the two together can be a nightmare....
This is a bit on the random side, but my left thumb has taken so much abuse this past week - It's been fryed on the side of my toaster trying to get the English muffins out, cut by god knows what, and then today I spilled scalding hot water from my top ramen on it at break. I feel bad for it...great, now my thumb has feelings...
A certain teacher of mine was very upset today and I don't know why, but I can't stop thinking about it. I hope all works out :( I feel terrible because 3 day weekends are a time to relax and all and they are going to be feeling way shitty :(
Nathan and I were planning on hanging out tonight, but I can't get in contact with him due to work being done with his phone line - I guess we'll just hang out tomorrow.
I have not yet turned off this Cum Laude! cd (The Velvet Teen) since it came out - This week I have played the hell out of it and it has yet to get old :) Definitely one of the best albums of 2006...
For some odd reason I am in the mood to do these 3 assigned Precis for English - I might as well get them out of the way because I know how I get on weekends when it comes to homework...I already did one of them. Yay!
Grey's Anatomy tonight and maybe an In N Out Burger run :) Life is good.
