I just realized thatn guy Hulksmash who is arguing in the Dixie Chick's thread on bn.net is Brett DaSilva, this little putz that I trained at EDS. He wound up proving to be an anal, micromanaging team leader on the helpdesk that I used to work at. Wow. I recall now that I realized this a long time ago when he posted he worked at EDS on the Xerox account.
