The coat decision has been made....
After looking at TJ Maxx and Marshalls and being sorely tempted to buy a Jones New York brown suede coat with brown fur lining, I decided to order the middle one from the entry a few slots down. I really liked the brown one I tried on today, but there were a couple reasons I decided against it:
1) It was a 3X. Already too big, but had that roomy look that was ok, especially over sweaters. However, as I am still losing weight, it will probably soon be too big.
2) It was hip length. As in, barely covered my ass. I like the one I ordered because it's longer, and will be warmer and also a little more versatile.
3) The one I ordered is black with brown trim. So, I can wear it with everything...black shoes, brown shoes, black purse, brown purse, jeans, black paints, yadda yadda.
Anyway, it's coming second day air so it'll be here Thursday. Assuming that an 18/20 is true to size, it should give me some comfort room, since I normally wear a 14/16 in tops.
Now, I need to find a cool scarf. I have a neat one I bought in Montreal, but I'd like a stripey or funky one.
