"digital digital get down..
so this is what is on my mind:
the 4th of july was super fun at manda's in cottage grove. her mom does a great job with the food and her house is perfect because we can do our own fireworks, watch them in the back yard, and see other people's fireworks. kina and i had a great talk while walking down the street dodging amanda's crazy neighbors fireworks. they lit them off all over the place and even when the cops were driving by! i got to play with a new cute puppy, amanda's adorable bro and sis, have a water fight with kate, bri, ryan and me...let's just say guys are way more aggressive and i got soaked in my jeans..i hadn't made it into the swimsuit part yet..but when you have to defend yourself you risk getting your clothes wet. we played some mad mafia too and had fun girly talks..you know...the normal stuff..
tonight i worked...i thought my pay check would be so tiny. but it's not gonna be because every day i have been doing i have been working extremely long hours. that's cool though. afterwards ryan, kina and amanda and i hung out. oh memory lane and the lions roar......
tomorrow is drum beauty. i'm so excited. i get to see tyler and the blue stars, nate and the scouts, ryan in brass, and the always amazing cavies. while of course doing this as i get to ride to stillwater with the crazy langs and my mom with their new foreign exchange student who i will most likely scare. it will be funny to see my mom try to talk to her considering my mom thinks she knows spanish..but she can't speak it worth crap...ha..and then i know i get to watch pirates of the carbbiean..it's already planned..
i think i can go to bed tonight with a smile on my face because today was succesful and fun. :)
