i love guster. no other song but "two points for honesty" can make me feel as happy as thing song does.
i went to lake minnetonka today on kina's yacht..it was simply AWESOME....no tubbing today because it was the first time the boat was on the lake which would have made it the best day but the sunny day made it so relaxing...something about boating with friends brings a smile to my face :) Plus we got to go to Maynerds..home of the hottest dock boys ever..today was kinda a disappointment surprisingly but nancy always gives me $ to tip them so i can talk with them. i want to be a dock girl..seriously i can't even imagine how nice that job would be in the sun and on the lake with rich people the tips have got to be huge...oh funny thing..kina's dad brought the lamborghini to the lake and some little boys were standing around it when we arrived..it's weird to see people gawking at it because we always see it as the car that sits in kina's garage..but this boys are so proud to tell us that they "know who own it and they talked to him" and so nancy asked if the "man" which was dale was a nice guy and they were like "yah!" good thing they didn't say the guy was mean!
i have seen two good movies so far this summer. one was "raising helen" and the other was "mr. and ms. smith." if i can sit through a movie and not fall asleep i'm telling you it's a good movie.
has it ever happened that you thought you knew someone but they were completely different then what you expected? it's surprising because you get a feel for a person's personality and then it's something on the flip side. maybe it's just change, and that can be good, but most of the times unfortunate because the person you became friends with isn't doing things that are expected.
i'm working at coldstone this summer too. i'm excited to get trained in. i want to see how fast myself as a person can pick up new things. marching band was gradual over the years and that's how i got good at it. red robin wasn't very hard for me. but coldstone will be different to be in the process of making the food. i'm up for new experiences. people should come visit me. and i'll sing you a song if you tip well!
i have to take a mandatory gym class at st. thomas. do you know how excited i am for that! this class won't involve swiming becuase i can pick what i want to do and i haven't taken a gym class since 8th grade summer when i had summer gym with kina, tony and kevin whalen..ha...dang i got good at badminton in that class.. but basically ever since i had a take classes at irondale. gym will keep me in shape in college which i think is the most purpose of making it mandatory, plus sports are fun.
