My chemistry teahcer said that photons have a mass. Apparently this works:
Planks constant * Wavelength in hertz = mass of photon (kg) * speed of light ^2
So then
(Planks constant * Wavelength in hertz)/ speed of light ^2 = mass of photon
It comes out to
3.33 * 10^-37 kg
So E= 3.33 * 10^-37 * speed of light^2
Photons cannot travel at the speed of light and have a mass. Your thoughts?
