My fingers

Does anybody know if swollen fingers is a sign of severe dehydration? Because my pointer finger, and thumb, on my right hand, are effing swollen. I think I am allergic to Mexico. My throat is totally swollen up. Well, I need to go to some effing homework. Adios.
