Okay so a marriage is now limited to between a male and a female...
If one of them has a sex change operation is their marriage annuled?
If a person has had a sex change operation before they get married would they be allowed to marry their now opposite sex, or would they have to marry what was their oppsosite sex at birth?
If a man has a sex change operation is he allowed to marry a man? and if so, and he changes back to a man would it be annuled or would they be allowed to stay married because they got married as a man and a woman?
What about a hermaphrodite? would they not be allowed to marry at all, or could they marry either sex?
