I am home. I survived my evil grandma, car rides with my parents, an unnoffical hurricane (let me tell you, when sustained winds are strong enough to slide a chair that I CAN'T pick up accross a deck, I consider that a hurricane even if NOAA doesn't =P ), sunburns, a 9 y/o boy with extreme ADHD, my mom in general, leather car seats whilst wearing shorts/bathing suit/still being wet, and there's something else that happened but my mind has become jaded. Sorry.
Let me just say, our pilot was NOT kidding when he said we would begin our descent! Usually they wait a lil after they say that but no, like 20 sec later the plane practically dive bombs the ground! I thought we'd lost an engine, we went down about 3,000 ft in under 2 min! Insanity!
New Words to Spread:
-"Chief" as in Alex to my cousin trying to snorkel: "Hey, you've got ur goggles on upside down, Chief"
-"in a big way" as in "Molly enjoyed her french fries in a big way. She had french fries plastered all over her face!"
-"I don't know how I feel about that" as in Sandy: "What do u think of ordering shrimp?"
Jo-Ann: "I don't know how I feel about that... shrimp can be sketchy at a steakhouse"
and of course "WHABAAAM!" Use your creativity to fit that in conversation.
Now I must go unpack, which I see as really superfluous since I'll be leaving for JMU in 14 days (thank the Lord above, allmighty Jesus, G-d, Krishna, Buddha, the Way, Ganesh, PBUH Allah, and of couse, Zeus)!!!!!!
