Start of the weekend
I was pretty much through with work by 10am today since all I really had to do was final prep for my trip to Nova Scotia next week. However, it's a suit and tie gig and it's bee a while since I wore a suit. I have a closet full of suits but I've put on some weight since they were made and none of them fit so an emergency trip to Harry's was indicated. I've obviously changed body shape significantly since I could find a suit that fitted without any great difficulty. It looks pretty good too.
Post suit buying the lemur and I launched the long weekend with a leisurely lunch at C'est What. They had just broached a new cask of Al's which was in truly excellent condition. Several pints and a very good chicken roti made a splendid prelude to an afternoon nap.
