It's restock the freezer with Thai goodies time. I've just made large vats of thick beef and eggplant curry and chicken and gai lan soup. I've also made up a batch of pomelo salad. The mise en place is done for a stirfry of squid, peppers and basil and another stirfry of king mushrooms, shrimp and young ginger. So for tonight there's some jaew and raw veggies to go with the dishes and, of course, there will be rice.
