The business, lately

Not much has been going on this summer, which is both a good and bad thing. Thing is, I'm working 40 hours/week, which means tons of money, but it also means I don't have much time to do much. I work 2:30-11, so by the time I'm done work, everything/everyone is closed up for the night, so I've seen my friends down here like twice the whole month and a half I've been home. The way this summer is going, I'm leaning towards spending next summer in places other than Delaware (summer classes, internship, etc.)

My lack of social outings has contributed to my finally buying a IIDX controller, and I'm making the usual extremely slow progress in accomplishing anything with it. So far I've cleared most 4's on it and two 5's. Wow, impressive. I've also gotten some good ITG scores lately:
2nd ***
2nd 10-block *'d
3rd 10-block *'d
4th 10-block *'d
OMG this song is hard

I'm psyched up for Connecticon next weekend. It's basically an anime/gaming/sci-fi/fantasy/everything nerdy con. It's also an excuse to hang out with all my Boston friends again and get absolutely plastered for a few days.

I don't have many other big plans for the summer. It's already July and I've yet to go to the beach, so when I have a day off and free I'll give some of you niggs a call and we can beach it up together, since right now I'm so white and pale I think I can blind someone by taking my shirt off (among other forms of trauma resulting from seeing me without a shirt ;_;).

And o fuck I just remembered I need to call Mott and see if we're still blowing shit up today. Man do I miss illegal explosives.
