Getting better...
I think i have fianaly kicked this damn flu, or whatever it is. It started with monday with me thinking i had strep, i went in and got tested and did not, but i had a fever of 101.9. So i went home and no work for Debra.
Tuesday i woke up at like 5:30 and took my temp 102.8!!!! So i took some Day Quill to try to lower it and at like 7:45 i was still at 101.7 or something. So again, no work for Debra. I went into the doctors and he told me i have a viral infection, so i got meds and a note from him that i cant go back to work till thursday.
Wensday no work for Debra, down three days and its the last week of the pay period.
Thursday was Elains day off so it a good thing i went to work, there were way too many kindergarteners and they put Tina and i in there, the two people in the whole center that are sick!! By about 4 o'clock i start to lose my voice and i had to close. So i am at the desk awsering phones, and i bet ten dollers that the people on the other end could not understand me.
Friday i went into work and my voice was almost gone. We were short staffed and i could not go home, i was suppot to close again, but we called Melina and she closed for me.
Saturday all of a sudden at like 1 in the morning, i felt almost all better!! YAY, i still have to go to urgent care, but thats ok, i really dont want to go, but i have to so i can go to work on monday.
