the other night
My internet connection was all sucky, so I got off my computer and went into my room, turned on the t.v. and started channel surfing. A bit before midnight so there's nothing really good on around that time ever. Then I saw this:
and that took me back, way back... to when I first saw her.
This is how I got introduced to her, many many years ago, channel surfing, and on the one local channel in Tj that started out testing their signal playing music videos. It was love at first sight. I loved her voice, her expressions, her dancing, her sillyness and cuteness. I rememeber leaving that channel on for hours and hours until i figured out the time frame when the Big Time Sensuality was played... I remember stopping everything and just sitting in front of the t.v. feeling so much happiness. I got the Debut CD a bit after I saw the vid, and then got into sugarcubes. From there on I have loved her music and I can't imagine my life without it.
that channels programming now consist of american shows dubbed to spanish (not really good shows :P) and it replays earlyer broadcasts form a national channel. It's really bad.
oh and notice on the pic i took, it says on the bottom right:
VIDEOS CLASICOS (classic videos, yay!!)... they start putting the old videos on a few minutes before midnight to fill in the space until they close the signal for the night.
