Sorry for the long wait! My family decided to stay a little longer than expected and I haven't had a single moment to myself! It feels nice to relax a little after such a busy week! So anyway, here is Prom Night for the high schoolers of week 6!
The gymnasium was packed on prom night. The high school has more students this time around and almost all of them brought a date!
In attendance were, Susie Dingle and her boyfriend Joe Lillard. Also at their table was Charlie Clock and his date townie Piper Winston; both of them are new high school students, while Susie and Joe are almost ready to graduate.
At another table were the Clock twins, Huntley and Oliver. Huntley is still dating Annie Thayer and this is their second prom together. After being dumped by Susie Dingle, Oliver Clock has found a new girlfriend in townie Bethany Nelson.
Sam Gates brought Celeste Sellers as his date once again. They were set up as a blind date last time at prom and they've been pretty close ever since, although they've never been an official couple. And going stag to the prom were E.T. Dingle and Liam Clock.
Of course, Liam would have loved to have Sam as his date. But even so, he didn't stray far from Sam's side all night.
Charlie, E.T. and Piper are the newest high school students. They've only been teens for a day or so, so they don't really know the older kids too well. While everyone else went out to the dance floor, these three were shy and hung back to continue to chat.
All the older kids went out and danced their shoes off! That's what proms are for, after all.
E.T. finally got brave and went on out to join the dancing. Charlie and Piper have had a crush on each other since they were kids, but now that they're teens they're a little shy with each other. It took them awhile to finally loosen up and have some fun.
But they finally joined the others and they felt a little less awkward.
Being so young, Charlie really doesn't know how to act with the ladies yet! But he's a romance sim so I'm sure he'll figure it out soon enough!
Even though Susie has a new boyfriend and Sam may as well be in a relationship with Celeste, old habits die hard. Sam and Susie have a very high attraction score, but he's quite a few years younger than her so they have really cooled things off. But at prom, anything goes!
Older kids can be so mean to the younger ones! Here, Oliver Clock makes fun of E.T.'s alien heritage.
Huntley and Annie are still going strong. They've been dating since simday 36, and they came to the very first prom together.
Last time, they snuck out to the cafeteria to have a romantic moment, and this time they snuck out again. They're so cute together!
Romance was definitely in the air at this prom!
Except for poor Liam. He didn't have anyone to bring to the prom with him, and he really just wants to be with Sam anyway. But Sam really enjoys having Liam around, so they spent lots of time together. I think Celeste might be finally wondering what's going on with those two!
Charlie Clock finally figured out how to win Piper over. He turned on the charm and even the older girls were surprised by his romantic ways.
Charlie and Piper snuck off for a romantic moment of their own, and shared their very first kiss.
But he soon returned to his childish ways and caught Celeste in a head lock. He thinks Celeste is really cute even though she's so much older than him. Celeste's date, Sam Gates, wasn't too happy to see his girlfriend getting a noogie from a freshman.
They ended up fighting for the rest of the night until they finally ended up in a huge brawl. Sam is so much older and bigger than Charlie, so he really kicked his butt.
They ended up in the principal's office for that little stunt. Neither boy was happy, but just wait until their parents find out!
Huntley and Annie snuck off once again and things got really steamy.
And when they came back in, Annie went right over to her new friend, Bethany Nelson, and they giggled all about it like only teenage girls can do!
Susie Dingle was surprised when her ex-boyfriend, Oliver Clock, kissed her right on the dance floor in front of everybody, including his date and her boyfriend!
Joe always had suspicions about Susie's infidelities, but he had hoped it wasn't true. He was so upset about the kiss that he broke up with Susie right then and there, in front of all the other prom-goers!
Poor Joe was not happy.
Prom night came to an end with the girls consoling a heart broken Susie in the bathroom, while Sam and Charlie waited for the principal to deliver punishment for their fight. It was a very eventful prom!

Gameplay Notes:
--Liam won prom king with 4 votes, all the other guys had 1 or 2 votes a piece. Liam is just such a nice guy and I was happy to see him win! Susie won with 4 votes as well, although Celeste was a close second with 3.
--If you don't remember from last time, I choose prom king and queen by having each prom-goer vote for one guy and one girl. They vote for the one that they have the highest relationship with, and if they have the same relationship with multiple people, I choose the one that makes the most sense. Like Oliver Clock has the same relationship with Huntley and Liam, but he voted for Huntley because that's his twin.
--I got rid of the two crowns I used last time because they really do look awful and the male crown is tied to a certain suit. Too much hassle for me! I'll have to look for some new ones.
--Other neat happenings: Celeste and Sam fell in love with each other during this prom, as did Oliver and Bethany.
