Download -- Wells House
I had forgotten how to package and upload houses in my 8 months absence, but I've figured it out again...finally! Here is Lucy Wells' house. I've included 2 versions. The first version has a huge amount of CC; too much for me to go through and list. So definitely use Clean Installer on that one. The second version uses mostly Maxis content, but I've listed the CC that is included and not included, but needed. It's a smaller file, obviously. I've also included pictures of both house versions! Oh, and I've updated the broken links for the Clock, Dingle, and Gates house downloads as well, so they should be working again.

As I said above, there is too much CC for me to track down and sort through in this house version, although I did weed out all of the unnecessary recolors/hacks/etc from the file.

The exterior of this version is mostly the same as the bigger version. The only difference is a couple of the windows and some plants. The interior is completely different, using mostly Maxis objects, but I used the same decorating theme throughout.
All EPs required and most SPs except Celebration, Holiday, and K&B. Clean Installer recommended for proper installation.
