I just watched "Iraq for Sale". I know I'm a bit late, as it came out a year or two ago. I'm fuckin pissed. I am gobsmacked about where my taxes have been going. I'm happy that as a student I've been getting back most, if not all of my taxes, but other people aren't so lucky.
Haliburton had all their people equipped with cars that were billed to the US government in excess of 200,000.00 per car. What the fuck? What the fuck is going on, seriously. I'm sorry, I want to express myself better about this, but I'm so pissed right now I can't quite line my thoughts up.
There were like 20 ammendements put before Congress to stop or limit the use of contractors and not a single one passed, thanks to the republicans. I don't get it...it's all so weasley, if I can make up that word. What is going on under the table? some sort of republican footsy that everyone is oblivious to, not for our lack of trying to be educated, but there is something so dark and sneaky that none of us may ever know and it burns me up.
