bad experience at the allergy doctor

for some reason the second shot out of the three hurts like a bitch
it feels like i'm being stabbed
today was so bad that i started to cry
i seriously dont know how i'm going to be able to do this every week

the nurse doesnt think so either
but wtf she expects me to turn the phobia off
its not that easy
i learn to deal with it by staying away from my fear
just except the fact i'm going to cry

even worse...
my mom asked how long is the treatment going to last
we thought it was one year
the nurse said 3-5 years X__X
