Summary: LJ and Lincoln are attempting to start a new life, and an old friend comes to visit LJ. But the Company quickly destroys that dream of the three of them living a normal life together. Meanwhile, Michael is dealing with something Sara has done.
Chapter 5: The Truth

"What's going on?" LJ asked.
"It appears our friend is in a bit of trouble."
"The Company's after her?"
"Yeah...we have to get in there fast. I want you to steer clear of the Company, if things get tough you have to run," Lincoln said pulling into the first parking space he could find.

"It's good to see you, Michael," Sara stated.
"Yeah," Michael looked away.
"I understand how hard this is for you, I just needed a chance to explain."
"You can't change what you've done."
"No I can't but I don't know what else I can say. I explained why I did it, and I know it's not an excuse but can't we just start over?"
"Sara, believe me I want nothing more than to start over and be with you. But the Company isn't going to just go away, there are going to be a lot of times when you might think I'm gone forever..."
"I know, but I've learned my lesson. Nothing's going to come between us. What I did was unforgiveable but...I love you Michael Scofield."
"How can you be so sure that nothing is going to come between us?" Michael asked.
"Just have a little faith," Sara smiled.

Lily ran as fast as she could trying to find a place to hide. She took a sharp turn and raced into the bathroom. She hoped she had lost them. Suddenly a memory flashed in Lily's mind, a memory she hoped she'd forget. But it would never escape her mind.

Flashback to 2 years earlier.
"What do you want from me?" Lily screamed at the man looking back at her.
"Oh we don't want anything from you, just from your mother."
"You already have my father in your sick twisted grip, why do you need her too?"
"That doesn't concern you. Try not to look so upset, it'll ruin your pretty face," the man sad as he stroked her cheek. Lily spit in his face, he slapped her across the face.
"You know, I thought you'd be happy to be free, but obviously you can't be trusted. Back to the room with you," the man said as he placed a piece of duct tape over Lily's mouth. He picked her up as she kicked, trying to escape.

Lily shook the memory from her mind, trying to forget. She felt her phone vibrating and picked it up.
"Where are you?"
"Hiding in the bathroom, you need to get here now."
"We're here, we'll find you."
"Maybe you and LJ should just go," Lily said knowing the men were going to find her soon.
"We're not leaving you, can you give me any clue as to where you are?" Lincoln ran around the airport desperate to find Lily before the Company found her. LJ raced after his father.
Lily heard the doorknob, she knew they were here. She looked around, desperate to find a way out.
"You still there?" Lincoln asked. No answer.
Lily screamed as the men approached her. They grabbed her as she kicked wildly hoping to escape. She screamed as she continued to kick.
"Lily! Lily!" Lincoln yelled into the phone, terrified of what was happening to Lily.
"Lily?" LJ asked.
